General tips on how to save time

It seems we never have enough time. There is always something else that needs to be done. Think about the times when you were in school you couldn't wait for summer or for the next holiday. As you grow older it seems you have less time to get the things done and dread the next days arrival. It is a balancing act for sure. Everything takes time. How we use it is the key.

Time flies when you are having fun and it crawls when you are not.

When time is crawling that is the time to multi task. Take those times when you are waiting for the next best thing and use those for other things. Multi tasking at these times is not counter-productive. For instance if you are sitting in the doctors office why not bring your book, set some goals, drag out your laptop or work on your craft project. Anytime you are forced to wait for something is time for you to get something else done.

If you live in a city where traffic causes long periods of waiting try listening to books on tape to utilize your time. Use this time to replenish your spirit instead of dragging it down with all the other angry commuters. Try listening to uplifting cds like Anthony Robbins or Robert Kiyosaki. Improving your spirit and creating a positive attitude is good for your health and your productivity.
